About panda antivirus + firewall 2007 beta 6.00.80? I just got "Panda antivirus + firewall 2007 beta 6.00.80." I donno if it is any good but ma frnd says i works well.....i was usin AVG internet secrty but it expird ......so plzz i need som....comments or reviews abt dis softwre.

does panda antivirus & firewall protect against trojans, spyware and stuff like that? I mean, should i install any other smaller, shareware programs to help my computer's security and speed??

Panda antivirus and firewall. How about Zonealarm + Avast? Anyone else have their pc restart on a regular basis after it flashes up an alert. Panda Antivirus slow start with Vista.? My computer is taking forever to startup! I purchased an HP pavillion over the summer that's running Vista. Before i installed Panta Antivirus / Firewall the computer had a temporary Norton Antivirus program running. The startup would take about 60 - 90 seconds. Now that I have Panda Antivirus / Firewall running ( just upgraded to 2008 ) the computer takes over 3 minutes to startup. Does anyone know how to speed up the startup? Thanks for your responses. I did run the Norton uninstall program, and made sure all traces of norton were off my laptop before i installed Panda ( Panda wouldn't install unless Norton was off the system ). Could the conflict be Windows Defender? Does anyone know if turning off windows defender at launch will affect a system running a antivirus / firewall program?

Help with my interenet and windows firewall needed please? I have just put a new hard drive in my computer as my old hard drive broke. I had installed Panda antivirus and firewall to my computer and reconnected it to to the interenet, and everything was OK. Windows automatically installs updates on my computer, and it installed windows service pack 2 which contains windows firewall. After doing this, I had a message saying that I had 2 conflicting firewalls and so I disabled the windows firewall. When I now try and go online, I always get the message 'this page could not be dissplayed'. Does anyone know how to solve this problem, preferably without removing Panda firewall off the computer. Help is much appreciated. Edit: I am now writing on another computer, and it if it helps, I'm trying to work wirelessly, and it doesn't even work with an ethernet cable attached.

I just installed Panda Antivirus 2007 Beta, Why does explorer.exe restart/refresh itself like every 10min? I just installed Panda Antivirus and Firewall 2007 Beta. Every like 10 min. "explorer.exe" restarts/refresh itself. Its getting pretty annoying because all my icons and taskbar dissappear and then they com back like 2 seconds later. I bought a new Antivirus+Firewall program. But it wont let me set up after I deleted the previous program.? I bought the Panda Antvirus+Firewall. When I began to load the program, I was directed to delete the previous program. After I deleted the old program, I reloaded. I get the same message. There is no eTrust EZ Antivirus in the program in my computer but Panda says I do. Do I take the software back? Or keep trying to install the new program?

I have got an error HTTP 403 + firewall turned off? I have got the follwoing message: "The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403 . . . This website requires you to log in." Is it me, or does panda security suck? I bought Panda Antivirus and firewall a while back, I cannot get it to activate. I try their email reminder, but it never sends me an email. I have emailed customer support, and I received no response. I am wondering if this is just how they are (a terrible company) and if I should give up and consider the money wasted, or have people had good experience with them and it is just a weird glitch I should try to work through. why is my computer still slow?? Here's the deal: I have 360Share Pro, worked fine this morning, then later I installed Panda Antivirus + Firewall, and when I went to open 360SharePro, it says: 360Share Pro was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connection. The spyware scan seems inconsistent sometimes finding things sometimes not (2 minutes of each other), it has trouble removing TSPY.SN and keeps popping up to tell me it found TSPY.SN creating what is essentially an infinite loop. hi, my computer doesn´t start and it reboot automatically when i turn on, and i can´t start session.? before that i was with no antivirus so i install the Panda Firewall y Antivirus 2007 Trial so it detect almost 40 virus and worms, then after the install i restart it and use the safa mode login so i can use it, but i can´t start yet my computer, it restart´s automatically i cannot use it, the only thing i know is that i can´t use the safe mode and Sybol System by presseing F9 in the boot, oh yeah and the virus-worm-wahtever it is is called AUTO.EXE. ty very much

Gray screen after logging in in Windows Vista? It's only been recently that this has happened. Currently, when I restart/boot up my computer, it will do all the normal procedures and get to the vista logon screen. From there, I'll enter my password and press enter. After I press enter, the screen will turn gray. After maybe 2 minutes? maybe Less? The screen will revert to the loaded desktop with wallpaper/icons/taskbar/etc. Now, before, it would just head straight to the desktop without the gray screen. I just want to know what's wrong with my computer to make the gray screen appear? Additionally, when I put my computer to sleep and wake it up later, it'll give me the same gray screen, or sometimes a black screen with a small white dashed line in the middle of the screen and not move (It'll load up after the gray screen, but not the black one). Recommendation for low-overhead/low-impact security solution for Windows 2K Pro? Looking for a software solution that will not make system unstable. Have had bad experience with Norton, ZoneAlarm, & Panda. Does not have to be all-in-one solution just want a program or programs to do basic firewall & antivirus. In regards to the above mentioned programs, Norton has a really bad rep for home software solutions, I've tried Zone Alarm for many years and it's always been unstable for me, and I installed the newest Panda Titanium on this particular computer and it caused the PC to crash several times a day. Once Panda was removed, the PC worked fine. I've decided to avoid "suite" solutions and have just installed MS antispyware and Avast antivirus. I've never had problems with MS antispyware, although I understand it's not necessarily the best it's better than nothing. Avast was a relatively easy install/config and after 1 day I haven't had any problems on the PC it was installed on. Keeping my fingers crossed. Now I just need to figure out how to get my money back from Panda
